This Program is specifically designed keeping in mind the needs of those over the age of 50 and above. Emphasis is placed on Balance training, Mobility, Strengthening and Endurance which will improve Cardio-Respiratory health, slow down joint degeneration, prevent/reduce joint pains and prevent falls.
Fit-Kid Program
This Program is specifically designed keeping in mind the needs of growing Kids and their Nuro- Motor development. Emphasis is placed on Strength development, Motor- Coordination, Weight Management, Speed, Flexibility, Agility and Endurance. This will make the kids more energetic throughout the day. help them manage weight related issues which will further improve their mental health. This will also aid their academic performance as their concentration span will increase overtime.
Home-makers Program
This Program is specifically designed keeping in mind the needs of House Wifes and Homemakers. Emphasis is placed on Strength, Endurance and Flexibility to tackle sedentary lifestyle issues. This will help reduce the incidence of pain in joints of the lower body and spine, help them with weight management and keeping all their medical parameters at bay.
Active individuals Program
This Program is specifically designed keeping in mind the needs of active individuals who are perpetually on the go.. Emphasis is placed on Strength, Endurance and Flexibility to tackle sedentary lifestyle issues. This will help the participants to stay active and aid them in their strenuous routine which includes long hours at work, daily commute and personal obligations.
